Are you ready for some Rye Wit?

Dimwit, Halfwit, Nitwit is a Belgian Wit (aka- White Ale) brewed with bitter orange peel, coriander, Tettnang and Warrior hops, and true Belgian Wit yeast.  This beer was brewed for the purpose of party libations at the 3rd Annual Man Weekend at Camp Pocahontas.  At 4.8% ABV, it's light and refreshing, and perfect for a hot August day.  Drink up fellas!

Fight For Your Rye To Party is a hopped up Roggenbier (aka- Rye Ale).  Coming in at 96 IBU due to a heavy dose of Polaris, Centennial, and Amarillo hops.  Dark Belgian candi sugar, brown sugar, and seeds of paradise were added to the rye grain, and pale and wheat malts.  Flavor is complex, with upfront spice from the rye and citrus in the nose from the hops, but finishes bitter sweet.  Clocks in at 7.2% ABV.

I have a Hunch that it's a Quad

Goat Rodeo Brewing is proud to announce our first collaboration brew with North Shore Brewers, based out of Massachusetts.   During my recent beercation, I stayed with some awesome people, drank some great beer, ate some scrumptious seafood, and brewed a Belgian Quad. This beer goes by the name of Quadsimodo. It's extra special because it will be halved into a Turkey Shore rum barrel for some further aging.  That version will lovingly be referred to as Drunken Quadsimodo.

Double Doozy

Beer 1- Hudson's Dirty Blonde Ale, loving named after our new addition to our family via cousins from Florida.  Slightly darker than a typical ale, due the use of a little crystal malt 60.  Extremely hoppy with a nice array of hops from America and New Zealand.  6% ABV, 86 IBU, 5 gallon batch.

Beer 2- Goat Rodeo has added a new brewer and this is his first batch "First Batch Butt Scratch".  A light American ale with aromas of banana and bubble gum.  3.8% ABV, 2 gallon batch.
