Fruitilicious

Summer beers can be pretty boring in my opinion.  Usually nothing more than some wheat, light spice, and lemon flavors.  That's alright, but here at Goat Rodeo, we like our beers a bit more flavorful.  Therefore, we juiced up the mash tun with a heaping amount of wheat then doused it with some booming hops in the brew kettle.  Wanted to keep the ABV low for mass consumption (aka - sessionable), registering an easy-going 4.3%.  Copious amounts of Amarillo and Citra were used during the brewing and then a blend of Mosiac, Simcoe, and Citra dropped in for dry-hopping.  Bodacious tropical fruit aromas abound and flavors follow.  It's fruitilicious!
