Honey Cider Apple Mead

Goat Rodeo brewing was ready to embark on a new adventure and somehow the journey drove us straight to a cyser.  A what?  A cyser!  A cyser is a cider-mead hybrid.  Cleverly named Bumble Bear Cyser, it is brewed with apple juice, Granny Smith apples, honey, pure vanilla extract, molasses, dark candy Belgian sugar, cinnamon stick, dark brown sugar, sarsaparilla, and some of Captain Morgan's spiced rum Tattoo.  Unveiling during Thanksgiving.

Session Ale

Goat Rodeo Brewing typically attempts to brew "big beers" as in flavor and alcohol content.  Sometimes the palate just wants something tasty and tame.  Therefore, we've decided to do a session ale for those days when you want to drink a sixer or so.

Now and Later Gator is half an IPA malt extract mix with a little dark candy sugar, dried elderberry flowers, basil, and sarsaparilla added for some nice spice notes.  This should be well balanced between malts and hops.  Release date- mid August.  ABV- 3.9%.

Something Wicked This Way Comes

Wheat ales are typically light on the tongue, refreshing, with some fruity notes and low in alcohol, but not this one my friend. This is Wicked Wildebeest Wheat Wine and it's a blend of grenadine (cherry syrup), honey, lemon zest and juice, ground coriander seed, sweet gale, whole allspice berries, ground nutmeg, and grains of paradise. Release date - end of August, right in time for Labor Day. ABV - 9.5%.

Razorback Red Ale

Wild and untameable, Razorback Red Ale will run rampant over the tastebuds. Blended with Granny Smith Apples, fresh ginger root, pine nuts, and dry-hopped with a fragrant mix of Cascade and Warrior hops, this brew will go down smooth, but finish with a sharp bite. The release date is scheduled for mid-March. Alcohol; between 5-6%.

A Whale of an Ale

Goat Rodeo Brewing set sail to harpoon our biggest beer yet...Beached Whale Barley Wine. This brew will have you blubbering on the sandy shores after just one, coming in at 11%. Due to its high alcohol content, it will need to be bottle conditioned for 5 months to ensure optimal flavor. Swimming in the vat was Chinook and Cascade hops, as well as dark candied Belgian sugar. Release date set tentatively for mid-July.

Puzzling Platypus

Remember when you were a kid and would mix all the flavors at the soda fountain? SUICIDE was what we called it, and in homage to those glorious times of yesteryear we bring to you Goat Rodeo Brewing's Suicide Series. This is unique beer with only one in existence. Puzzling Platypus is its name, and it is severely confused. A combination of the bitter Pitbull Pale Ale and the rich chocolatey coffee-infused Mocha Moo Milk Stout. Guess this is sorta like an effed up black-n-tan. No wonder it's so befuddled. Release Date- mid February.
